Creekside Elementary - Sacramento - Submitted by: Aurel Alin Pintea Im a: Former Student Date: 19/11/2009
When I came to the US I didn't know any english. The kids would make fun of me because I didn't know any english. But I had two terrific teachers that I have ever had. There names were Mrs. Borchert and Mrs. Akmal. When ever I needed help with something they were always there to help me, even if it meant to stag after school with me. May God bless them. I sure wish everybody would have such caring teachers as I did. I really wish I could see them again after such a long time.

When I started my college career, I had no idea what I was in for. I thought I was going to school essentially to party and make friends. However, coming to Soka University of America was a completely different experience than I had expected to have. The campus is absolutely breath-taking, the classes are super small and focused on the success of students, and we are definitely spoiled by the staff and our professor! We receive an immense amount of care and attention, and in turn we are...
