I went to school there in the 60's and the streets were lined with beautiful old homes. My grandmother's house was located on Helen. I remember she loved the roses in her yard. In 2007 we couldnt even find a yard. It looked like an atomic bomb went off and only left the school. What an eyesore for whomever glazes out those windows.
Hicks is a fantastic school!! The staff is wonderful. My child left 4th grade last year loving school. Considering the location of the school (Inkster) parents can feel confident that their child will have a wonderful experience there.
Mr. James Tatum, was the music teacher when I attended Murray Wright to me he was the BEST. He taught me how to sing I will never forget his traning. Murray Wright will always keep a special place in my heart I had a great learning experience and over all I had fun.
The teachers at East are so awesome! They are always available to talk to you everyday, and I can always talk to my teachers. The food is great! except for the prices, which I think should change. The after school programs are great! theres a lot to choose from. The school is so awesome and I think everybody in arockford should go there!
Fitzgerald is a great school. The student body get along great. Upper classmen get together with Lower classmen to get them involved in making a great success. The Teachers are understand and will help you with whatever it is and if they cant they make sure they can find someone else to better assist you.
