I attended Shalersville Elementary from the first grade to the fourth grade (1981 - 1985). I have nothing but wonderful memories of my elementary years. I fondly remember my favorite teacher (Mrs. Johnson who taught first grade)to playing hopscotch on the playground at recess to the many holiday classroom parties I greatly enjoyed. After completing the fourth grade at Shalersville Elementary, my family moved several other times due to my father's job. I graduated high school in 1993 from Zanesville High School in Zanesville, Ohio. I currently work at Muskingum County Children Services in Zanesville, Ohio. I realize how vital it is to obtain an excellent education and how critical it is to come from a strong family background. I owe much of my success to Shalersville Elementary and the wonderful educators that were so crucial in my upbringing. Thank you for so many wonderful memories!!!
