The Business world of today is the most fast pace, tech savvy and welcoming more innovation thus giving an outstanding boost to competition and increasing the challenge for companies to cultivate more returns in a consistent way (Burke and Ng 2006). Not only this but an even more challenging situation is on available on the resources side specially in the area of human resources where the availability of your and skilled work is on top of all issues because they are very limited in stock and are in high demand within and out of the domestic markets (ibid). this sever conditions are boosting the threat to the organizations both in acquiring and retaining
