Crislynn May R. Monteser was born on June 16, 1992 at Palacio St. Extension, Balian, Pangil, Laguna. She is the eldest daughter of Mr. Crisalde Monteser, an Overseas Filipino Workers and Mrs. Annalyn Monteser, a catechist. She has 3 siblings namely, Christian Monteser, a vocational student at MTMI Siniloan, Laguna, Crisalde Monteser, is a 2nd year high school student at Balian National High School and; Kristine Monteser, a 1st year student also at Balian National High School.

The researcher took up her Elementary education at Victor O. De Guia Memorial Elementary School, Balian, Pangil, Laguna and finished her High school education at Balian National High School. She is currently taking up her College degree at the Laguna State Polytechnic University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management.

Her goal is to finish her study and find a good job in the future. Her interest and inspiration is her family. Many things can be accomplished with a perfect determination and commitment. The author is perfectly committed to help her family especially her parents.

The second researcher, Ms. Stephanie P. Flores, was born on December 8, 1992 at 0970 Brgy. Sulib, Pangil, Laguna. She is the daughter of Mr. Oresto M. Flores, a farmer and Mrs. Leoncia P. Flores, a loving housewife. She is the youngest daughter in her family.

The researcher finished her elementary
