Company Problem Statements
Based on the requirements and assumptions, the company current problems are listed as below: * The company needs to hire new project managers to handle management issues because new staffs were not aware of project management techniques and any quality or system management * Because of the company getting larger, so the organization structure also getting complicated and hard to manage the project * New releases without any quality system plans * Lacks of changes and upgrade process in the company’s infrastructure make it hard for the company to achieve sufficient high quality and the international quality certification * Lacks of quality management, quality control, and quality assurance in the company * Staffs lack of training and motivation * Lacks of the project development plans affect the company cannot deliver their new releases on time to meet their customers’ needs and cannot solve the problems on time to keep their customers’ satisfaction high * Based on the assumption, the software testing plan is not available yet for the new releases * Lacks of tracking final products which occurs the quality issues in the company *
