The objectives of Island Vacation Resort for the first three years of operation include:
• Exceeding customers’ expectations for luxury accommodations.
• Maintaining a 90% occupancy rate during the peak periods.

Statement of Purpose
Island Vacation Resort will be an exciting new five star 150 room resorts. Guests can choose to have an indoor or outdoor room overlooking the beach, experience sunrise and sunset. Every vacationer wants to relax and lay back and not worry about a thing while on vacation or quick getaway. This resort will be the ideal spot.

The goal of Island Vacation Resort is that of a multi-faceted success. Our first responsibility is to the financial well-being of the resort. We will meet this goal while trying to consider; the effect of our services and wellbeing of our patrons and our staff, the impact that our business practices and choices will have on the environment and the high quality of attitude, fairness, understanding, and generosity between management, staff, customers, and vendors.
