Formula for Change
Dr. Wilson lists some specific change strategies in chapter thirteen. They are as follows:
1. Receive God’s forgiveness: When we commit ourselves to God and receive His forgiveness through Christ, then we can begin to focus on God’s grace instead of our sins. (p. 212)

Balance of theology and spirituality
