The partnership form of business is appropriate for the business proposed by the three friends. It will permit all persons involved to take charge of all the business dealings increasing the skills available. The partners have to share the business capital and this will ensure they have enough start-up capital so as for the company to start up at a high point. Liabilities will all be shared, reducing the risk that may be incurred in a sole proprietorship. 2C Management team
John, Mary and Nabil will be management team and staff since it is a small business, and have all the skills required. The work will be divided between the three of them for who fits the role the best due to experience and education. This will allow for better quality of service, and the ability to gain the trust of the clientele.
Nabil will assume the role of Customer Care Representative, Cashier and the Personnel Representative for Nerd Patrol. He will also be in charge of all Marketing for Nerd Patrol and in the event of Nabil being unable to perform his services; John will operate in his position.
