Partnerships among online vendors to effective reach beyond our current customer base. Strategic cascade is simply to “break down the objectives into smaller chunks for the next organizational level” (Flander, n.d.) and our responsibility to be transparent through effective communication. Our objectives will align with our strategies through collaboration efforts, transparency and effective communication between Leadership, management, cross-functional teams, and between associates.

Our Consumers

Our variety-based positioning at Neutrogena allows the company to service a broad range of consumers and servicing consumer needs in the advancement of human skin health and total well being. “Neutrogena offers some of the world’s most loved beauty and skin care lines, and manufactures and market products in over 70 countries” (“Why Neutrogena,?” n.d.) reaching concern parents with small children or acne prone teenagers, men and women struggling with adult acne or hyperpigmentation, and everyone looking for better sun protection measures.
