You must prepare a report which analyses the work and development needs of individuals considering performance monitoring and assessment in which you plan or analyse work activities, negotiate assignments, review development needs, and assess the performance of colleagues. You should identify factors affecting the quality of performance and use these to provide feedback to colleagues and you should incorporate results of assessments into personal development plans and other procedures for dealing with performance issues.
