Introduction Riordan Manufacturing is seeking a new system that will consolidate all of their Human Resource related data. Currently, the data that will be a part of the new system is spread out through different departments of the company. The new system will allow this data to be saved in a central location, while only allowing viewing access to certain employees. The access will be much the same as currently in place, but located in a single system. Lastly, the implementation of the new system will be not be a quick process, because it would be safer the company completes a test run to few end users before completely releasing the system. …show more content…
They will also be able to receive attachments as they will need it for documented requests for change in data such as pay rate or any exemptions. The same format will be used so that the Human Resource employee can place requests to the compensation managers, department managers, employee relations, and to workman’s compensation. Lastly, they can add data, change data, and view data when they search for an employee.

HR System Processes Flow Chart in Human Resource User Perspective The Compensation employees will have the same layout as the Human Resources employee but with not as much access to data and processes. When they first log in it will show the same welcome message, news, and three options. The main difference is that after searching for an employee they will only have access to view job analysis data, compensation data, and salary surveys. They also will only be able to request information from the Human Resources Department. They may also receive and work requests submitted by the Human Resources Department. Employee Relations will also have a very similar layout. The can submit and receive requests from the Human Resources Department. When they search an employee, the only data they can view and edit is complaints, harassments, and grievances. Department managers will have the most minimal access. They can send requests to the Human Resources
