The word “principle” is coming out from Latin “principium” who means beginning, foundation. A principle is a law or a rule that has to be, or usually is to be followed, or can be desirably followed, or is an inevitable consequence of something. Many laws have been passed witch prohibit discrimination on the grounds of race, gender, sexual orientation or age disability. Treating a category of peoples less well than others, making assumption about people or stereotyping, are discriminatory practices. The carer must prevent all that’s and protect the user services giving respect, independence and autonomy.

The respect of the ethical code helps to provide a good service for the users of the health and social care .Respecting this ethics can help for the good working of the services, can prevent accidents, and respecting the autonomy of the H&SC services the justice and the fairness.
Ethical dilemmas: No maters of the respecting of the justice or the autonomy or independence, the users have priority in front of the professional benefits and the resultants.
A dilemma deals with the choice between two possible rights. A dilemma may be dealing with primacy of inters of one party over another.
A ethical dilemma in social working is any situation you encounter for witch offered are various parts as: Hard-working father guilty of neglect of his children, but only because he is working many hours a day to provide for them the daily needs.
If a doctor is put in a situation to choose from a patient and the hospital, priority will have the user of the services only in to the limit of the ethics and the law, but we can meet dilemmas when a user of the services is in the situation when the health sector has priority.
