The introduction of the company intranet in 8 weeks will have a huge impact on how we communicate between all of us, information and feedback at the click of a finger. Policies, newsletters, reward systems, vacancies, exit interviews among others will be available to all employees and also reduce, hopefully the time spent calling Head office to obtain basic information.
More and more patients’ communication is done through the internet and mobile phones, such as text reminders of appointments and/or promotions, this proves to be very cost effective.
