It works to ensure that every individual in the organization undertakes his role to foresee attainment of the business ethics (Rendtorff, 2009). For instance, in the Red Bull GmbH every individual has his own critical role. The finance department undertakes an imperative role. It plans, budgets, allocates, and distributes finances towards attainment of the above ethical issues. Hence, this ensures that the projects run throughout the life span of the business.
Similarly, the logistics and supply department play a critical role. The above department institutes the manner in which the waste products will be collected. Precisely, it designs a reverse logistics that works to see collection of the waste products, as well as, the means of transporting the waste cans to the recycling unit.
The human resource department also undertakes a fundamental role. The human resource determines the production processes. They monitor the systems of production to ensure that the product upholds high quality.
