Abstract
Leadership is defined as "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". Leadership is considered as an important aspect in many areas such as business organizations, politics, and sports and in many other fields. This research paper …show more content…
Leadership styles are adapted by a leader by the impact of the one, they follow. Hence in the process of developing one’s own ideology and philosophy of leadership, they should consider many leaders and leadership styles rather than following one.
Leaders are the one who should travel in an unexplored path; hence they are always bound to come across with new challenges. To overcome these challenges a leader need to be innovative and should continuously improve his leadership skills. If necessary, he should move on from his former leadership approach by recognizing its boundaries and limitations and should adapt new ways and implement them to become the leader he needs to be.
Definition of Leadership
Leadership can be defined as a process of social influence by which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. A leader simply is someone whom people follow, or as someone who guides or directs others. Leadership is also defined as "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal".
My Ideal Leaders
My ideal leader is Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam. Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam was born October 15th, 1931. Dr. Kalam was an Indian scientist and former president of India who is considered as an ideal leader for the country men.
