Introduction
In this paper I shall try to explain myself on how I feel on the different topics of perceptions, attitudes, biases, and beliefs of culturally different groups to include other areas of my reactions to knowledge about values, practices, and experiences of individuals who are culturally different from me. What biases, perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs might you hold about culturally different groups? What are your strengths and weaknesses in interacting with culturally different individuals and how might you address shortcomings? In addressing the strengths and weaknesses of interacting with other culture my strengths are I am a friendly person who can communicate with anybody and get along, but my weaknesses are I will not visit or try to understand their culture, my feeling are since they are in the United States the same culture and rules I must abide by they should abide by the same rules and if I were in their country I would have to do the same. In working on my shortcoming, I need work in my diversity skills, I not only see this but I feel this as well. Conclusion
