In my organisation, which is a Global Company, I have the opportunity to migrate to different career paths once I have attained my MBA. This will give me new skills such as; Project Management, Process Improvements and Financial Management which will stand me in good stead whatever career path I follow.

4. SELF AWARENESS – STAGE 1 ASSIGNMENT AND IMPACT ON ORGANISATION Looking back on the impact my Personal Development Assignment has had on me, it has most definitely improved my awareness of people and team dynamics and enhanced my ability to identify traits and characteristics of people who comprise teams. Through using the different models, learning styles,
development tools, and processes, I have gained understanding of my own behaviour and knowledge of myself as well as that of others. With the next three assignments namely; Managing People and Performance (MPP), Managing Processes, Systems and Projects (PSP) and Managing Financial Resources (MFR) that I need to complete in the following 9 months, I realise that what I have learnt about working with people, projects and organisations in PD1, will definitely assist me in my understanding and unpacking of these Assignments. I can apply the tools used in PD1 to address the
requirements of not only successfully working in a team, organisation or project, but also in leading teams, projects and even
