There is a plant in Albany, GA that produces plastic beverage containers, a plant in Pontiac, MI that produces custom plastic parts, and a plastic fan parts facility in Hangzhou, China. The analysts will obtain email addresses for both stakeholders and when he or she has researched the needed system information then he or she will make a list of questions to ask and request permission to record the interview from Ms. McMillan and Mr. McCauley. The analysts will email the list to Ms. McMillan and Mr. McCauley for review before the appointment time. A request will be made for an organizational chart from Ms. McMillan so that he or she can determine who the main stakeholders will be along with the stakeholders she recommends for participation in the later processes. This will consist of senior management, the sponsor, customers, and users if appropriate for the stage of development. This group of stakeholders will determine the need and requirements for the project, and will control the project cost, time, and scope (Mulenburg, 2013). Next determine what information-gathering techniques and systems analysis tools will be used for the project. The planning phase is the first step of the SDLC. This is the project initiation phase of determining a need and requesting an analysis of the present system that has already been covered with SR-rm-022. Then comes the feasibility analysis which asks the key questions: technical (can we build it?), economic (will it provide business value?), organizational (if we build it, will it be used?).
