* Order and send Save the Dates * Order and send invitations * Create final guest list based on RSVP’s * Plan a rehearsal dinner * Select gifts for each member of the wedding party * Apply for a marriage license * Finalize all plans with all service providers * Objectives of the project: to make sure that the couple is able to enjoy their wedding day knowing that they have adequately planned for the events and taken preventative measures to avoid any potential problems that could occur that day. * Brief description of the work: The main bulk of the work for this project will be coordination of events for the couple’s wedding. Most activities will involve organizing, researching, and acquiring other parties and organizations to complete the necessary tasks and activities to execute a successful wedding that aligns with what the couple wants. * Funding constraints: $5000 budget- not to be exceeded * Funding vehicle: The couple getting married will be funding the project in its entirety.
